He was once a video game enthusiast and a skilled coder, but now he uses his technical abilities to help navigate and survive the post-apocalyptic world. Jordan struggles with the weight of responsibility and the loss of his family, often second-guessing his decisions. Though unsure of his leadership skills, his quick thinking and natural empathy make him a crucial member of the group. Jordan’s journey is one of self-discovery, as he learns to trust his instincts and those around him.

2. Ellie Wright (17)
Role: The Optimist
Ellie is fiercely determined and optimistic, even in the face of overwhelming odds. She’s athletic, resourceful, and always the first to jump into action when the group faces a challenge. Growing up as an avid outdoor enthusiast, Ellie brings a survivalist mentality to the team, often pushing others to take risks and stay hopeful. Her bright energy is a beacon for the group, but she struggles with keeping her emotions in check, especially as the world around her darkens. Ellie also harbors a deep secret about her family’s disappearance, which she’s yet to share with anyone.

3. Sofia Vega (18)
Role: The Strategist
Sofia is a sharp and pragmatic thinker with a background in engineering. Her calm demeanor hides a past of personal loss and trauma, which she channels into problem-solving. Sofia is a natural tactician, and she often takes on the role of the group’s planner, designing escape routes, securing safe houses, and creating traps. Though she can come off as detached, Sofia deeply cares for her friends, and her emotional walls often crack in private moments. She’s also the one who starts to piece together the puzzle of the alien virus, and her intelligence becomes key to finding a solution.

4. Leila Hassan (22)
Role: The Protector
Leila is a former soldier who saw the worst of the initial outbreak while stationed overseas. Her military training makes her an excellent strategist and a fierce fighter, but she’s also haunted by the things she had to do to survive. Leila serves as the group's protector, always putting herself in harm’s way to shield others, especially the younger teens. She has a tough exterior, but deep down, she carries a heavy burden of guilt and loss. Leila's relationship with the group is that of a mentor, though her stoic nature makes her hard to approach emotionally. As the series progresses, her vulnerabilities slowly surface, especially her longing for redemption.

6. Jeana Pillip (26)
Role: The Rebel
Jeana is a mysterious figure who was once part of a militant group fighting against the government’s attempt to control the aftermath of the outbreak. After a series of betrayals, she now works alone, operating as a rogue agent in the new world. Jeana is resourceful, unpredictable, and morally grey—she'll do anything to survive, but she's not afraid to make deals with others, even if it means crossing ethical lines. Her knowledge of underground resistance movements and hidden caches of supplies makes her an essential ally to the group. However, her past associations with violence and rebellion raise suspicion, and some members of the team find it hard to trust her fully

5. Linsey Lock (35)
Role: The Survivor
Linsey is a former scientist who was studying the early stages of the alien virus outbreak before it spread globally. Now, she’s one of the few remaining adults who is still determined to fight for humanity’s survival. Her knowledge of the virus, combined with her practical survival skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the group. Linsey’s pragmatic and slightly cynical outlook on the world contrasts sharply with the younger characters' optimism. She’s often the voice of reason, but her hard-edged perspective sometimes puts her at odds with the teens, especially when they push for risky solutions. Linsey’s backstory is steeped in personal loss and sacrifice, making her deeply empathetic, though she rarely shows it.
